Universal computer terminal designed for use at the point of sale, in the warehouse and on the production line.

The metal casing guarantees the terminal's high resistance to wear and tear and accidental damage during operation. Compliance with the VESA standard allows for various types of installation using a wide range of mounting accessories available on the market (e.g. Modular Mounting System).

CAPABLE OF CONTINUOUS OPERATION IN HARSH ENVIRONMENTS

The components used in the terminal are selected for their ability to operate continuously. The LCD panel has been manufactured to an industry standard, where particular emphasis is placed on longevity, overheating resistance and mechanical strength.

The working area of the screen is a solid glass panel, which effectively protects the front of the terminal from spills. The casing also prevents liquids and dirt from penetrating sensitive areas of the device. The capacitive touchscreen does not wear out and responds effectively to touch in dirty environments.

The passive cooling system does not introduce contaminants from the environment into the housing, so that the 15CL-A can also operate effectively in dusty environments.

COMFORT AND ERGONOMICS

The highly sensitive touchscreen can be operated with non-metallised gloves up to 0.8 mm thick. The terminal, thanks to this functionality, will also respond correctly to touch through double gloved surgical gloves. In tests carried out by Posnet, the screen also correctly detected touch with latex-coated textile work gloves.
The bright display with anti-reflective coating guarantees good visibility in different lighting conditions.

CLASSIC ASPECT RATIO

The 4:3 aspect ratio screen is a popular standard in sales systems and industrial applications. Some software applications have not yet been correctly adapted (scaled) to screens with widescreen aspect ratios, so the implementation of the 15CL-A terminal reduces the risk of potential problems with the implementation of information systems - especially those that have been on the market for a long time.

HIGH PERFORMANCE

At the heart of the 15CL-A terminal is a quad-core Intel Celeron J4125 processor made using 14nm lithography. The unit represents a successful compromise between performance, low thermal emissions and an attractive price. Compared to other popular processors on the market.
For example: Celeron J4125 is almost three times faster than Celeron J1900, almost 10% faster than Core i3-7100U processors and only 10% less powerful than Core i5-7200U *.
