Shop regulations

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. CentrumKas.pl online shop makes it possible to make purchases via the Internet in accordance with these Regulations.
  2. The shop is operated by the company ‘BAJT Stanisław Grzelak’ based in Sokołów Podlaski.
  3. In order to make purchases, an order form should be filled in via the shopping cart tab. The ordered is required to provide his/her home address, contact telephone number and e-mail address in order to confirm the order.
  4. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the use of the personal data provided in the registration form. The transfer of data takes place on the basis of Article 23(1)(2) and (3) of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Journal of LawsNo. 133, item 803, as amended).
  5. The customer has the right to inspect his/her data, to correct them and to demand to stop their further use, and to terminate the user's account.
  6. The correct completion of the registration form will result in the completion of the order.

2. OBJECTS OF TRANSACTIONS

  1. The objects of transactions conducted via the website on the Internet are the products listed in the offer, presented on the website www.centrumkas.pl at the time of placing an order.
  2. The prices of all products on offer in the shop's offer are expressed both in net and gross values (including VAT) in Polish zloty.
  3. The products on offer in the shop are brand new and come with a full manufacturer's guarantee.
  4. Products marked as ‘sale’ are unused products, but their manufacturing date may be longer than 1 year. These products come with a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase.
  5. The prices and availability of items marked ‘Sale’ and ‘Promotion’ are valid after confirmation by the Order Fulfilment Department.
  6. The shop reserves the right to refuse to process an order at any stage of its fulfilment, in the event that the ordered goods are unavailable or for other valid reasons.
  7. In relation to the cooperation with the CENEO price engine, it will be possible to send a questionnaire via the portal and therefore, by accepting the regulations, you agree to provide your e - mail address to Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. with the registered office in Poznań and to process your personal data by the CentrumKas.pl shop and Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. in order to fill in the questionnaire with an opinion on the transaction made at the Centrumkas.pl shop under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 )

3.ORDERS

  1. The customer of the shop can only be an adult, natural or legal person, regardless of whether he or she is self-employed or not.
  2. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  3. For logistical reasons, the minimum order value is PLN 50.00 net.
  4. The order is constructed by the customer filling in a virtual shopping cart. For more information on product selection, please see the ‘How to buy?’ module.
  5. After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic return e-mail confirming the fact that an order has been placed and its specifications. The order is accepted at the moment when the customer service department of centrumkas.pl sends a status confirming that the order has been accepted for processing. Sending the status is at the same time a confirmation of concluding a sales agreement between the Customer and BAJT Stanisław Grzelak - the owner of the centrumkas.pl shop. The subject of the contract is the goods listed in the status. Placing an order by the buyer means accepting the provisions of these regulations.
  6. If the Customer chooses the payment method Transfer (read ‘Security’ ) then only when the payment to the company's account has been confirmed will the shop proceed to dispatch the ordered assortment.

  7. In some cases, the shop may contact the customer by telephone to confirm the order or clarify any ambiguities.

  8. Orders with chosen form of payment ‘Bank Transfer’ from which money will not be recorded by BAJT Stanislaw Grzelak company, can be canceled of which the customer will be informed.

  9. BAJT Stanislaw Grzelak Company reserves the right to carry out incomplete orders at the time of stock shortages after prior notification to the customer.

  10. The customer will be informed as soon as possible about shortages of goods or possible problems with the realization of an order.

  11. Due to the wide assortment different products may be delivered separately by different forwarding agents.

4. CART

  1. Entering the selected goods in the shopping cart does not constitute a purchase.
  2. The goods in the customer's shopping basket remain the exclusive property of the shop until the ordering process is completed.

5. FORMS OF PAYMENT

6. FORMS OF SHIPMENT

  1. Deliveries of products ordered at the Centrumkas.pl online shop are carried out on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. The delivery time of the ordered goods depends on its availability, of which the Customer is informed when accepting the order (change of status). Most often orders are realized in 1 to 7 days from the moment of placing the order.
  3. Ordered goods will be delivered by a representative of shipping company or personally by an employee of BAJT Stanisław Grzelak company.
  4. The cost of shipping is covered by the ordering party.
  5. In case the goods are delivered through a specialized carrier, the purchaser is obliged to check the condition of the parcel and its contents after signing the document of receipt. If transport damage is found, he is obliged to perform the acts of diligence required by the provisions of the Act of 15.11.1984. - Transport Law /Journal of Laws of 1995, No. 119, item 575 as amended/ to maintain the carrier's liability, in particular to cause the carrier to establish the condition of the consignment and the circumstances in which the damage occurred by means of a protocol (max. 10 days from receipt of the package). This constitutes the basis for recognition of the complaint.
  6. Receipt of the parcel from the courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. Upon receipt, ownership of the goods and all risks of possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage, shall pass to the Purchaser.

7. PROOF OF PURCHASE/INVOICE

  1. A proof of delivery in the form of a bill of lading is attached to each product purchased.
  2. In accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 on sending invoices in electronic form, the rules of their storage and the manner of making them available to a tax authority or tax inspection authority (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661), the Buyer accepts the issuance and sending of invoices in electronic form to the e-mail address provided during the registration of a new user. The moment of receipt of the invoice by the Buyer is deemed to be the moment of opening the electronic correspondence with the attached invoice.
  3. In the event that the customer registered as a ‘company’ does not accept the sending of invoices in electronic form, an additionally issued VAT invoice will be sent by the Polish Post to the indicated address.

8. RETURNS

  1. Upon receipt of the goods, the Purchaser is obliged to check the consignment. Any damage should be immediately reported to the employees present at the delivery or the courier, and contacted by Centrumkas.pl's Complaints Department via e-mail at bok@centrumkas.pl . The basis for the complaint is the ascertainment of the damage in the form of a protocol drawn up by the courier. If the courier refuses to sign the protocol, do not accept or acknowledge the shipment and contact our company immediately.
  2. Differences resulting from individual settings of the customer's computer (colour, proportions, etc.) cannot constitute grounds for a complaint about the purchased goods.
  3. In accordance with the Act of 2 March 2002 on the Protection of Consumer Rights (this Act does not apply to businesses), goods purchased in our shop using the ‘shopping basket’ can be cancelled without stating a reason within 14 days of receipt (does not apply to individual offers). However, only if the product is of full value, i.e. it has not been used or damaged in any way. If you wish to return the goods, you must inform Centrum kas.pl's complaints department, which will provide information about the return address. The goods must be accompanied by the received proof of delivery (WZ). Centrumkas.pl guarantees the return of the product. The amount due will be refunded by bank transfer to your bank account. Delivery costs are not refundable.
  4. Goods manufactured or imported to the customer's order and devices that have been fisked are not eligible for return.
  5. Goods shall be returned only at the customer's expense.
  6. The customer undertakes to ensure that the goods returned by him are protected against any damage during transport.

9. COMPLAINTS AND GUARANTEES

  1. All goods available in the shop are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee in accordance with pt. II sub-sections 3 and 4. 3 and 4. We do our best to ensure that our goods are of the highest quality, but it may happen that after receiving the goods you discover some technical defects in them. If this is the case, please send your request by e-mail to bok@centrumkas.pl or by fax 25 787 22 87.
  2. Discuss how to exchange it for a product of full value, an exchange with the customer's consent or, if this is not possible, a refund.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Placing an order is tantamount to declaring that the Customer has read the Rules and Regulations of the Shop and fully accepts its terms and conditions.
  2. We have made every effort to ensure that the information contained on the shop's pages is correct and up-to-date, but this information is not covered by any guarantee. There is only a slight probability that the descriptions on the shop pages or the photographs (in particular the colors of the offered products) may slightly differ from their appearance in reality.
  3. The intended use of the products is solely specified in their instructions for use and application. Under no circumstances shall BAJT Stanisław Grzelak Company be liable to any person for special, indirect or consequential damages incurred due to the use of the goods offered by us.
  4. Liability for damage resulting from the malfunction of products used in accordance with their instructions for use shall be limited to the warranty conditions granted by the manufacturer, distributor or importer of the goods in question.

I hereby give my consent to forwarding my e - mail address to Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. with the registered seat in Poznań and to processing of my personal data by CentrumKas.pl shop and Grupa Allegro Sp. z o.o. in order to fill in the opinion poll on the transaction made at CentrumKas.pl shop under the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 ).
